"note"this values is for normal item.
automatically item will be permanent

• 00 = non trade/drop/sale
• 1D = dropable but not saleable
• 16 = saleable/dropable/tradable

Expiration

"note"this values is for the item you want to make expiry.
but dont forget to put values the red highlighted for the term of validity

• 27 & 25 & 37 = Expiration / can be trade / sale / drop
• 20 = Expiration / cant be drop / cant be sale / cant be trade
